New Christmas Sheet Music and More

We've added a whole bunch of new pieces to our Sheet Music collection this week! All these new arrangements are for pianists ranging from beginner to early advanced level.

We've added several Christmas songs:

  • Greensleeves (What Child is This?) - A beautiful, lilting minor melody arranged for beginners with simple, single-note bass line accompaniment.
  • Away in a Manger - A primer/beginner arrangement of Kirkpatrick's Cradle Song, arranged for a performance with repeats, 8va, and a few harmonies at the finish.
  • Deck the Halls - A huge hit among beginners and a great tool for teaching dotted quarter note rhythms. Written in C Major and perfect for a first or second Christmas performance.
  • Jingle Bell Jazz - Why should advanced pianists have all the fun? This beginner level jazzy Jingle Bells is a great choice for a beginner piano solo!
  • Ding, Dong, Merrily On High - A joyful Christmas carol arranged for late intermediate to early advanced pianists, something to liven up the Christmas season with "Gloria!" I really enjoy playing this arrangement myself at Christmastime.

And we've also added some more non-holiday pieces:

  • Yankee Doodle - A beginner arrangement of a familiar Revolutionary War tune, perfect for teaching dotted quarter note rhythms and primary chords.
  • Camptown Races - An American minstrel song featuring the excitement of old-time horse races! This late beginner  arrangement teaches dotted quarter note rhythms, arpeggio fingering, and LH/RH coordination.

Don't forget to check back frequently as we're constantly adding new music! If you can't find something you're looking for, I'd be happy to make a custom music arrangement or composition for you.
