I Whistle a Happy Tune (The King and I)
This delightful number from Rodgers’ and Hammerstein’s musical “The King and I” offers a cheery way to deal with fear: just whistle a happy tune! This is an “easy piano” arrangement in C major, written in large print for later beginner to early intermediate pianists.
This arrangement may be performed as a piano solo or as a vocal accompaniment; if used for vocal accompaniment, the vocalist should read the Treble staff of the piano part. Lyrics indicate which notes to follow. Lower harmonies are meant to be played by the pianist (not sung).
